INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION

The 2019 family conference will be held from July 25-28, 2019 at the DoubleTree Suites in Salt Lake City, Utah. Heterotaxy Connection has reserved a block of rooms; rooms must be booked no later than 7/5/2019 to receive the group rate. Please email AJ.McIntosh@hilton.com to reserve your room, and mention Heterotaxy Connection to book using the group rate.

Each individual registration includes a conference t-shirt; please indicate on your form what size you'd like. T-shirts will be waiting for you at the conference check-in table when you arrive.

Registration for individuals costs $75, and includes breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. Conference participants will be responsible for their own dinner each night. You are welcome to eat at the hotel restaurant or take advantage of some of the restaurants in downtown Salt Lake where the hotel is located.
