Heterotaxy Connection invites you to serve as a sponsor for our bi-annual convention that will be held in Salt Lake City, UT, July 25-28, 2019.  When families receive a heterotaxy diagnosis, they are usually hearing the word “heterotaxy” for the first time.  Their worlds are forever changed as their children undergo life threatening surgeries, countless medical procedures, and the fear and uncertainty that comes with a chronic illness.  Heterotaxy families are often isolated.  And, many medical professionals are not well educated about the causes and treatments for heterotaxy.  Additionally, medical experts are often uninformed about the day to day challenges that families endure when battling heterotaxy.  The 2019 conference theme is ‘Building Bridges.’  The convention will unite heterotaxy families and create meaningful connections between heterotaxy families and medical professionals.

Heterotaxy families from across the nation will be joined by some of the top heterotaxy medical experts in the country for 4 days of packed sessions and workshops.  In addition, we will be displaying our Warrior Wall, a visual display honoring Heterotaxy Heroes.  The Warrior Wall is a powerful tribute to children across the country who are fighting heterotaxy and heterotaxy angels who have been laid to rest.  We are seeking companies and individuals to help support these families and this community by becoming involved as a sponsor.  Our custom sponsorship packages allow you to promote your organization and services by increasing your visibility to conference attendees and speakers. SPONSORSHIP LEVELS:

GOLD ($5000 +)

• Opportunity to be recognized as a Warrior Wall sponsor.

• A spotlight about your company on our social media pages. 

• Acknowledgment of your company’s contribution at each opening day announcements.

• Opportunity for a company representative to give a brief presentation to our families during our conference hours.

• A public, video acknowledgment from members of Heterotaxy Connection that can be used on your company’s page. 

• Opportunity for logo to be printed (single color, black or white dependent on the needs of Heterotaxy Connection) on reverse of conference t-shirt.

• Opportunity to be recognized as a Warrior Wall sponsor, which includes your organization’s name displayed on the wall and an image of the complete wall which you can display in your place of business.

SILVER ($1000)

• Table at the conference to connect with attendees and to endorse your company. 

• Company logo and link included on the conference section on the Heterotaxy Connection website.

• Your company’s name and sponsorship in relevant press releases. 

• Opportunity to sponsor a segment of a day (speaker, meal, outing), to include but not limited to: placement of company signage, public acknowledgment of your company at the beginning and end of segment, and a short description of your products or services (by a Heterotaxy Connection speaker)

• All the benefits of BRONZE sponsorship. 

BRONZE ($500)

• Your company’s name and logo in print materials recognizing sponsors; may include but not limited to banners, brochures, Heterotaxy Connection’s website, and social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, etc).
